Is a 1978 graduate of Christ For The Nations Bible Institute in Dallas. He spent 3 years witnessing to prostitutes and pimps in the red light district of Dallas, and another 3 years ministering as a team leader in the Campus Challenge Ministry of Dr Norvel Hayes. The Lord then lead him to go on the road ministering.
Dwayne ministers powerfully on soul winning, as well as teaches with clarity various aspects of the authority and the work that God accomplished for all believers in Christ from the cross to the throne, and the importance of this revelation to the church for the fulfillment of Jesus' commission to make disciples of all nations.
Dwayne strongly believes we are called to do the works that Jesus did and greater works in the name of Jesus. As a result Dwayne experiences many healing miracles in his services. He has witnessed arms and legs growing before the congregation. As well as many other miracles.
The Mystery
Dwayne has just recently republished his book The Mystery.

Most Christians do not have a solid foundation of understanding in the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. They know the facts, but not what happened behind the scenes. That’s truly the meat of God’s Word! Calvary was the most awesome demonstration of God’s unconditional love for humanity that we will ever know.
